There is almost nothing more wholesome and healthy than fresh vegetables!
In a day and time when fast foods and processed foods make up the majority
of the modern families' diets, we say try the other fast food. Vegetables
are wonderful eaten fresh, or lightly steamed. This takes very little time
and gives your family so much good health in return. Stop by the stand for
some of our "fast" veggies!!!
