3 cups peaches * 1 cup sugar * 1 Tbs cornstarch * 1 tsp cinnamon * 1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 Tbs melted butter * two unbaked crusts, 1 for bottom and 1 for strips on top
Mix sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon & nutmeg until blended. Add to peaches. Add melted butter
and mix. Pour into unbaked pie crust, and cover with strips of crust in a checkerboard pattern.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes, or until crust is brown.
